Good morning! Jesus doesn't equate love with affection or lavish giving. He equates it to obedience to His word. He says to show our love for Him, we will do what He says. Have you kept His word?
Our love for Jesus and obedience to His word attracts the Father's love to us. It invites His presence into your life and He dwells in you. It is a transformational love that breaks cycles of sin and unholy living. It gives us the grace to live righteously.
Keep His commands and His word and He will be with you. His love will be evident and His presence will sustain you through the darkest of times. Obey the Lord and keep His word and teach others to follow Him as you make a great day!
