Sunday's Verse of the Day Devotional

Good morning! Since Jesus is our High Priest and Mediator, let us not look to another for our help. Keep focused on Jesus. There is no other that can save, deliver, heal or set free.

Some translations say to "fix our eyes on Jesus" and I like that. It's when we look away that we end up broken. Broken focus is the enemy of success. If we are to be successful in our walk with Jesus striving against sin, we must stay fixated on Him who never sinned.

Look to the cross, look to the Christ and remember the empty tomb. He is coming back as He promised and soon. Let us not have eyes on another, but stay fixed on the only One who saves; Jesus Christ. With all the things designed to distract you in today's world, stay focused on Jesus and He will help you always make a great day!
