Saturday's Devotional - 7/18/2026

Good morning! Whenever a nation does right in the eyes of God, it becomes a prosperous and strong place. Conversely, if it does evil, the blessing departs and it often becomes a reproach to the world. What nation will we be?

America is having an identity crisis. The laws that govern the land in the constitution were written for a holy and moral people. But many people in our nation desire to unholy, immoral and antichrist in their ideas, ideals and behavior.

We have to make a choice of which way we will go: the way of the world or the way of the Lord. That will determine the future for America and if it will have a future or not. If we choose to follow Christ, we will be prosperous and strong. If we choose to turn away from God, we will surely fall and be destroyed. History has shown what has happened to nations who have follow the Lord and those who haven't.

As the church, we must stand up for truth, righteousness, justice, morality, holiness, life and liberty. If we won't, who will? Do not be afraid to stand for the truth. Do not fear persecution. Be bold for Jesus like He was for you when He went to the cross. He didn't worry about the crowds. He stayed faithful to the mission. Be like Jesus. Choose truth. Choose life. Do your part and do your best to always make a great day!
