Monday's Devotional - 9/07/2026

Good morning! God cares more about people than He does possessions. He also cares more about people than the rest of creation. He has done all, even giving His one and only Son, to save humanity. He gave us the right to be children of God.

As children, we also heirs and joint-heirs with Christ. As an heir, we are promised an inheritance. He will give us all things as heirs and joint-heirs with Christ. Doesn't sound fair, does it? It's not. That's why it's so valuable. His grace is not cheap, yet He gives it so freely and generously.

We shouldn't take that gift for granted. Fair means we get what we deserve, which is death and hell. But, because of His great mercy and love, He sent Jesus, though innocent, to pay for the crimes we did, though we were guilty. We are blessed beyond measure! Trust in the Lord and you will receive an inheritance to give you hope as you make a great day!
