Monday's Devotional - 6/15/2026

Good morning! Another passage to give us comfort and hope for what we have to look forward to as believers. We have the hope of eternal life where tears, sorrow, pain and even death will be no more. That's reason to rejoice!

All the things that are a result of sin will be no more. Those former things will be gone forever. What a day that will be! I look forward to that, especially as I age and feel more pain, have less abilities and have lost many people I love.

If you believe in and follow Jesus, this will be your hope too. Turn from every sin and evil desire. Repent of those things and believe in Jesus. Follow Him and be a disciple. Then, you will have this hope living inside of you.

This is the hope of every believer who is truly living for Jesus. Apart from Him, the only hope you have is of a fearful expectation of judgment. Let this passage inspire you to live for Jesus so every day you can prepare yourself to be with Him forever as you make a great day!
