Monday's Devotional - 10/26/2026

Good morning! How often do you find yourself in a situation that you just really want to be over? Maybe it's a season, a trial, a sickness, a conflict, or turmoil in relationships. One of the hardest things to do is wait it out.

Sometimes, we end up with unnecessary pain and prolong situations simply because we get in a hurry to end it. But what if you just waited on the Lord to breakthrough? And while you wait, He develops His patience in you to trust Him more.

When we try to save ourselves from situations and circumstances, we end up in a bigger mess and miss the blessing of waiting. Waiting produces things in you haste never will. I know the situation is hard, but trust God. As long as it's not a situation of eminent danger or threat of serious harm, wait on the Lord. His salvation is faithful and worth the wait. Trust Him as you wait and let Him teach you how to make a great day!
