Saturday's Devotional - 10/24/2026

Good morning! God had done great things and mighty works to deliver His people. To keep them from repeating the same things that got them in bondage, He gave them strict commands to follow. Not because He is an angry dictator, but because He is just, holy, loving and merciful.

He knows what is best even if we can't see it in the moment. His commands are for our benefit and for His glory. To be blessed, we must walk in His blessings. This means walk in His commandments which are not burdensome to those who love Him.

If you listen to Him and do what He commands, you will be blessed and protected under His sovereign hand. I'd rather walk in the blessings of His commands than the curses of my disobedience. Choose wisely and follow His commands and you will have the blessings to make a great day!
