Friday's Devotional - 6/26/2026

Good morning! David, the writer of this Psalm, reminds us and invites us to look beyond the beauty of creation and look to the awesomeness of our Creator of all this beauty. Every song bird, sunrise, sunset, mountain range, lake and gentle breeze on a hot summer day is a testimony of God's greatness.

Have you noticed Him lately? Creation does not speak with audible words, yet its message is constant and unmistakable: God is powerful, wise, and worthy of worship. The world around us is filled with reminders that we are not here by accident but are the work of a loving and intentional God.

These verses also remind us that God’s revelation is ongoing. “Day after day” and “night after night,” creation continually points to Him. Even when life feels busy, uncertain, or difficult, the evidence of God’s faithfulness surrounds us. Just as the sun rises each morning according to His design, we can trust that God remains present and at work in our lives. Taking time to notice His handiwork can renew our perspective, deepen our gratitude, and draw our hearts toward worship. In this way, we can find ways to thank Him and make each day a great day!
