Good morning! Chapter seven of Romans is about the struggle between the flesh and the (Holy) Spirit in the life of a believer. If we walk according to the flesh, we put ourselves under the law and have condemnation hanging over our heads.
But if we put our trust in Christ and walk according to the Spirit, we are free from the law of sin and death. We then have no condemnation hanging over our lives; just freedom. I've felt both and freedom feels a lot better!
Give your life to Jesus every day, hide your life in Him, walk according to the Spirit and crucify the deeds of the flesh. You will be freed from the law, have the freedom of Christ and walk with eternal life as your portion. The blood of Jesus is enough to cleanse you from any and all sins. Trust in the finished work of Christ and live in freedom as you make a great day!
