Wednesday's Verse of the Day Devotional

Good morning! We don't have to wonder what God requires of us. He made it very plain and clear so anyone can understand it. Love Him with all of yourself. Your mind, will and intellect. All your physical, emotional and spiritual strength. All of who you are, use to love Him.

Then love others like you love yourself. It's not easy to do that. That's why you have to love Him first with all of who you are so He can fill you with His love, mind, heart and strength. Then you can love others because you will have His attributes living and working inside of you. With man, this is impossible, but with God, all things are possible.

How's your love for Him? How's your love for others? And how's your love for yourself? Because you have to love yourself too. It doesn't mean be in love with yourself, but we are to nourish and care for ourselves so we can love others (Ephesians 5:29-30). Love God with all of yourself, receive His love to love others as you love yourself. Then you will love like Jesus and make each day a great day!
