Wednesday's Verse of the Day Devotional

Good morning! God's love is not fragile. Sometimes we make it out to be so fragile that if we make one mistake, He will cast us into hell, or at least strip us of His presence, disqualify us or take away our salvation. That's not what the Bible teaches.

His love is so great, that nothing in all of creation can separate us from His love. He sent Jesus to take away our sins before anyone ever turned away from them. for while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

His love is not a license for us to keep sinning, but His love is greater than your sin. If you make a mistake, ask for forgiveness, let His faithful love cleanse you of all unrighteousness and restore you. His love is not waiting for you to fail so it can abandon you. His love is steadfastly towards you.

Rest assured, nothing can ever separate you from the love of God in Christ Jesus. I feel someone needs to know this: It's time to stop running from His love today. What Jesus has done for you is greater than what people have done to you. Look to Him today and let Him love you. His love will heal you of those wounds and deliver you from all fear. Once you receive this love, you will have everything you need to make every day a great day!
