Wednesday's Verse of the Day Devotional

Good morning! It is good to have a fear of the Lord. He is all-knowing and all-powerful. Having a fear of the Lord helps lead you along the path of your life, giving you wisdom through anything you have to go through, and He gives you understanding like no other.

Why is wisdom so important? Wisdom is a very important factor in your life, especially if you have wisdom in Christ. Wisdom helps you to lead others, have peace, and be a more knowledgeable person on the Bible. Without wisdom, many great things that have happened would have never happened, especially in Scripture.

In my life, I have shown wisdom in places that I very much have needed to. In school, wisdom is a huge factor in many areas. You need wisdom to know when something happening is harmful to the environment around you. This is very applicable in the classroom setting because if you act upon the wisdom and feelings you are having, you can help to put an end to the situation that should not be occurring.

What all of this leads to is knowledge of Christ and understanding of the Lord. If you show that you have wisdom and use it every day, you can understand Christ in a more empowering way. You can spread knowledge of the Lord all around you, to your neighbors, friends, colleagues, and so much more. If you follow Him, you will have wisdom, and you will always succeed every single day of your life.
