Good morning! Have you ever stubbed your toe? If so, you know how badly that hurts. The rest of your body notices the pain, not just your toe and it compensates for the weakness that resulted in the injury.
Your other leg bears more weight as you try not to put the full force on your injured toe. A body of believers should be the same. They should notice when others are hurting and compensate for the weakness.
It also applies for good things. When your mind is happy, your body responds positively to that. The body of Christ should respond positively and rejoice with others when they rejoice. When someone gets a new job or a promotion, celebrate it. When someone loses a job unexpectedly, weep with them.
Comfort one another in sorrow, celebrate with each other in joy and love each other always. Be there for others and they will be there for you. You don't have to figure out everything to say, just be present for each other and encourage one another. Put this into practice and you will always make a great day!
