Tuesday's Verse of the Day Devotional

Good morning! Father God, having made known to us through prophesy His plan of redemption, fulfilled all that was needed for us to be reconciled to Himself in Christ. He fulfilled His will in Christ to forgive us, pay the penalty for our sins and grant us eternal life.

There is still prophesy to be fulfilled about Christ. His first advent was to come to earth to reconciled us by fulfilling the law. His second advent is to complete the plan of redemption by bringing us believers home to heaven with Him forever. He will come again.

I will echo the words of Jesus and the Apostles by saying be ready, be watchful and keep yourselves free of the things of this world. Look up for your Redeemer with fervent expectation. Look at the signs and understand the times. Pray up and be full of the word to defend against evil and confusion. Finally, tell someone about the hope you have that they too may receive the joy of knowing Jesus. Do this daily and you will always make a great day!
