Sometimes, we over-complicate things and make it harder than it needs to be. Religious people love to argue, make a huge list of rules and make impossible man-made laws to uphold while hiding behind words like holiness.

To be holy is to be Christ-like. To be like Him, you have to love God and love people. It's not about fulfilling religious duties or a keeping a list of do's and don't's perfectly. What good is it to keep a list of rules yet not be able to be there for someone who loses a loved one? What good is it to memorize the law but have hate in heart for those who are struggling?

What good is it to know everything like a Pharisee yet never lead anyone to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ? Love bears one another's burdens, helps people in need and shows compassion when people need kindness. Love like Jesus, help like Jesus and fulfill the law of Christ as you make a great day!
