Good morning! Some people only trust in the Lord when they have a great need. They run to Him like a genie in a bottle hoping if they rub their Bible three times, they will get there's prayers answered like wishes. Some only trust the Lord when times are good and things are easy.
Temporary trust is full time doubt. The Lord doesn't change regardless of our circumstances. He is to be praised in the good times and the bad. He is able to keep us when things are easy and sustain us when things are tough. We need to trust Him at all times and with all things. We can't afford to be wishy-washy.
A double-minded person is unstable in all their ways. The Lord is forever, so we can have an eternal faith Him that doesn't sway to and fro like the wind. Jesus said whoever puts their hands to the plow and looks back is not fit for the kingdom. We can't afford to be fair-weather believers nor crisis only Christians.
Trusting in Him with all things and at all times gives us everlasting strength. He has endless strength even when ours grow weak and weary. He is able to help, sustain and strengthen us at all times. Therefore, trust Him and He will give you what you need to always make a great day!
