Tuesday's Verse of the Day Devotional

Good morning! There is so much division right now in the church that it must sicken Jesus. We backbite other denominations, allow pride to think we have the corner on salvation and hate anyone whose doctrine doesn't perfectly align with ours.

Are we really striving to live in the prayer Jesus prayed for us before He was crucified in that, "Father, make them one as We are one."? We need to learn how to focus on Jesus and stop giving the world a reason to not want anything to do with God.

The world can find common ground to agree on things that matter far less than the cross of Jesus. We need to get our pride under the blood or else we will have our churches in America removed from the lampstand. Pray that we would all have the mind of Christ, be one and live in unity for the sake of glorifying God. Strive to be like-minded in Jesus as you make a great day!
