Good morning! These verses tell us a part of God's will for us. It's to have a right attitude that chooses joy regardless of the circumstance. Rejoicing in the Lord always for He doesn't change no matter what our situation is. He is still worthy of praise.
Pray without end. It doesn't mean you never leave your knees, but your posture is to pray about everything and always be in communication with the Lord. Be available to hear from Him like most teenagers are with others on their phones.
Be grateful in all things at all times. If you learn to be grateful and give thanks to the Lord at all times, joy will be your portion and strength will accompany you wherever you go. This is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. Put it into practice and His peace will follow you teaching you how to make each day a great day!
