Tuesday's Verse f the Day Devotional

Good morning! I referenced this verse a few days ago because legacy is God's heart. Teaching our children the word and how to obey the Lord is paramount to having generational blessings. It's not about the commands, but the love for God that makes the difference.

Knowing Jesus and not just about Him will be the difference in sustaining obedience in true worship verses just going through the rituals of religious rites. Jesus has to be more than the subject of your conversation, He must be the substance of your life.

If you love Him and obey His commandments out of that love, generational blessings will be your legacy and your portion. Your obedience will outlive your name and your love for God will pave the road of legacy. Serve the Lord with diligence and let the blessings of God be upon you and your family for a thousand generations as you make a great day!
