Tuesday's Devotional - 6/02/2026

Good morning! From verses 13-18 is a comparison between heavenly wisdom and earthly, demonic wisdom. Wisdom that is self-seeking and full of envy is earthly, sensual and demonic. That is how we can tell the difference, by looking at the fruit.

Whatever you sow will grow and reveal the fruit. If you sow seeds of selfish ambition, the fruit will be evident and God will not bless that type of behavior. If you seek to serve God and love others, those seeds will produce fruit that produce righteousness and will be blessed by God.

Be careful of the motives of your heart. Seek God above all else. His love for you is greater than anything you could ever gain by your own ambitions. Let His love be enough and His righteousness be your desire. Then, you will live peaceably, honestly and truthfully exalting God in your conduct. That is a life God will bless and will help you to always make a great day!
