Tuesday's Devotional - 5/26/2026

Good morning! The greatest relationship you can have in life is with your spouse. Sometimes, we expect too much from them because we hold them to a much higher standard. But it's not fair to them to expect them to be super human.

They will let you down, disappoint you, hurt you, say things you don't agree with or even offend you. The temptation is to let that destroy what God has brought together. They will have bad days just like you and everyone else.

But men, pray for your wife anyhow. Do it more often than you think you need to. Be forgiving and be quick to forgive. She does things for you, your children and home that you never see or know about. She never asks to be thanked for it.

Compliment her often and take time to admire her beauty. Remind of her worth being far above rubies and precious gems. Love her well for she is generous in all her ways. She is giving and selfless. Treat her like Christ treats the church and you will always be able to make a great day!
