Good morning! The word of God seems to use comparative writing often to show the difference between good and evil, right and wrong, and what love looks like verses what it does not. It is important to take note so we can recognize what is and is not from God.
Love does not rejoice in evil, wicked, or sinful things, but does rejoice is truth, righteous, and just things. Love bears all things, meaning it covers them to handle them. It is a reference to how God's love covered our sin through the blood of Jesus Christ.
Love believes all things that are true, noble, excellent and praiseworthy. It does not doubt. It hopes meaning to wait for salvation with full confidence in Jesus. Love endures all things meaning to never give up or lose faith in trials and hard times. It is impossible in our own strength, but with God, all things are possible. Let His love fill you and keep you in all things so that everyday, no matter what comes, you can make a great day!
