Thursday's Verse of the Day Devotional

Good morning! Whatever you commit to the Lord, He will honor that work and prosper it. He seeks to honor that which glorifies Him and advances His kingdom. When your plans are His plans, your work will be rewarded.

I am not always rewarded monetarily for the work I do for Jesus, but He rewards me with blessings of knowing He approves of my labor. There are times I am paid very well for my work for Him, so it all works out.

The key is to be content with whatever and trusting Him to take care of you. The plans may not always look like what you thought or go as you had expected, but they always lead to God's glory and turn out for your good. Trust Him in all things and He will establish it over time until it is complete. Have confidence in Him as you make a great day!
