Thursday's Verse of the Day Devotional

Good morning! God is able and too often, we forget that. It's not enough to know it in our mind, we must have it written on our hearts. Whenever we face opposition, we discover if what we know is really what we believe. Do you just know this verse or do you truly believe it?

Whenever you get the diagnosis, do you believe it or just hope it is true? When you have a financial crisis, do you believe these verses or just worry your way through wondering if He will really come through?

Hebrews 11:6 says, "But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him." Are you diligently seeking Him? Do you have faith He will answer?

You may think what you are facing is impossible, but with God, nothing is impossible to Him who believes. You can't think up or imagine something too big for God. Faith is that power that works in you to believe God is able so that when it happens, God gets all the glory. Dare to believe God for things too big for you to accomplish and watch Him bring glory to His name through your faith as you make a great day!
