Good morning! Have you ever been in a group of people and someone brings up something bad you did? I have and it's embarrassing, hurtful and unnecessary. It definitely causes tension between you and the person who brought it up.
Surround yourself with true friends, even if they are few in number, they are more valuable than a crowd of fakers. True friends defend you in rooms you're not in. They don't expose you to exploit you and make you look bad.
Love covers a matter and deals with you about it in private. Remember the woman found in the act of adultery? People tried to expose her publicly, but Jesus said, "He that is without sin, cast the first stone." After they all dropped their stones and left, He dealt with her privately with love.
Find people who act like Jesus and make your accusers drop their stones and walk away. They won't encourage the crowd to pick them up and throw them at you. They will stand in front of you and defend you. Jesus defends and forgives. Find friends like Jesus and you will always have people who will pull the best out of you to make each day a great day!
