Good morning! The things that try to hurt, disappoint and break you are temporary. But the mercy of the Lord is forever. Choose carefully what you focus on. If you focus on the Lord, you will always be able to find reasons to be thankful.
Regardless of what people do to you, God's goodness is steadfast towards you. He is never evil, never lies, never breaks His word or His promises. He can't or else He would cease to be God. He is good when church people fail you. He is good when you fail Him.
He is always good. When you can't find anything to be thankful about, remind yourself that God is not a man. He will never misuse you or betray you. He is perfect, loving and merciful. His grace is towards you and He is ready to be merciful. Turn to Him in times of trouble and times of joy. He is worthy of thanks and praise. Make it a point to be thankful to Him today as you make a great day!
