Thursday's Devotional - 5/28/2026

Good morning! There is a process by which humans procreate, but God is the One who forms the person inside the mother's womb. He already knew the day of your conception before your parents ever met. He knows all about your life before you lived one day of it.

Life begins at God's inception of creation, not man's conception after consummation. Before the foundations of the world, He knew you and had a plan for your life (Ephesians 1:3-6). We are not aimless accidents or meaningless clumps of cells.

We are made uniquely, purposefully, fearfully and wonderfully by God. We are not just a clump of cells before birth like some professors and politicians would like you to believe. We are humans regardless of our development stage. We are not expendable or replaceable. Every life is precious!

You have unique DNA, traits, features, gifts and identifiable attributes that make you different than anyone else who has ever lived. You are full of purpose and meaning regardless of other people's recognition of or lack of it. Praise God for making you a one-of-a-kind masterpiece. You are His handiwork. You are loved. Thank Him for the gift you are and for giving us life as you make a great day!
