Sunday's Verse of the Day Devotional

Good morning! Knowing God's love and seeing what true love looks like through Jesus, we ought to love God truly with all we are. His love is compelling and irresistible. When you truly experience His love, it has an undeniable effect on you.

Oftentimes, people want to limit how they love God. They will give them their service (strength) but not their heart. They will give Him their soul, but not their mind. Give their heart but not their soul. It takes all of you to love God for it to be true love.

Jesus gave all of Himself. He loved God with all that He was and showed us what it looks like. He went to the cross and rose from the grave. It take a lot of love to die for people knowing they are guilty, you are innocent and that some would reject the gift. Yet, He did it anyway. Learn to love God with all you are and you will learn how to make each day a great day!
