Sunday's Verse of the Day Devotional

Good morning! God spared no expense to pay the ransom for us to be free of the slavery of sin. So much, that He sent His only Son to pay for our sin with His own life in place of ours. His blood was the currency that paid the penalty for our freedom.

If He didn't spare in the cost of freeing us, what makes you think He won't spare anything in blessing us for eternity? Not only will we be with Him forever, but we have been made His children, heirs and joint-heirs with Christ (Romans 8:17). We have received an inheritance that nothing can destroy, steal or take away from us.

There is nothing in all of creation that separates us from God's love. When we trust Him wholeheartedly, He reciprocates with the blessings of entrusting us with eternal life. Thank Him for His love, grace, mercy, provision, protection and blessings! He is worthy of praise and He is such a good giver. Be like God, thank Him always for everything and go out and make a great day!
