Sunday's Verse of the Day Devotional

Good morning! Too often, we choose silence when we should be singing His praises. God is too good to remain silent about all He has done and continues to do. He is great and greatly to be praised.

Staying silent denies Him His glory and denies others the opportunity to hear of His goodness, which may turn their hearts to Him. If we declare the goodness of God, we open the wells of joy. A grateful heart is a joyful heart.

Are you grateful? Are you full of joy? With all the people slandering and blaspheming the name of the Lord, what kind of people ought we to be, who claim to be His children, to declare His name and exalt it in the face of opposition? I will not be ashamed of His name! He has been too good to me for me to be silent! I pray you get filled with boldness to share, proclaim and exalt the name of the Lord in all you do as you make a great day!
