Good morning! Today, the devotional comes from my son, Joel. May his insight bless you with the wisdom and courage to face the battles of life and come out victorious as the Lord intends.
Good morning! Sometimes, in life, we lack the strength to do things on our own. So when we need an extra boost in strength, we don't go to God first. But when you go to Him first, He will always be able to help you.
Whether you need strength or not, Christ will always be able to help you in any situation. Trusting in Him can be the difference between being crumpled under the weight or having Him help you carry the weight of your whole life in His hands. He can always lift you up, no matter how heavy it may feel.
A deer's feet are perfect for what they do. Deer are agile creatures. They can easily avoid predators that are coming at them by going up a mountain, where the predator cannot. Sometimes, you have to be like a deer, avoiding everything that comes at you with the intent of stopping you from reaching the Lord.
Go to the top of the hill and claim victory over anything trying to stop you from conquering it. Don't let anything stop you or get in your way, because God will give you the strength to get past any obstacles that you may have, so you can make a great day! ~Joel Sanor
