Sunday's Verse of the Day Devotional

Good morning and Happy Resurrection Sunday! Today we celebrate the resurrection of the Lord, Jesus Christ. Every other person claiming to be God or the Messiah are all still in their graves, but not Jesus! He is alive!

He is not in a spiritual form or a ghost, but a physical being who came back to life after being dead three days. He is God! The historical evidence is undeniable about what was seen, heard and documented concerning Jesus. We don't have to have blind faith.

I am thankful for the risen Christ. Without Him, we would have no hope. But, because of Him, we have eternal hope. Praise God for His great gift! Praise Him that He satisfied the requirements for the law and purchased redemption for us in Christ! Tell someone today that He is risen and the hope you have as you make a great Resurrection Day!
