Good morning! Bragging about what you have accomplished can feel good but if your goal is to get people to look at you, you've missed the point of the gospel. Jesus pointed people to the Father and gave Him credit for all that He was able to do.
If Jesus gave God all the credit, how much more should we give glory to God for all we can do through Christ? God has a reward for those who serve Him but if we seek to get all the credit, we have our reward.
The Lord opposes the proud but He exalts the humble. When God exalts a person, He does it in a way that brings Himself glory and people look past the person and see that it was God's hand that did it. Live in such a way that your good deeds cause people to glorify God and see His hand at work in your life. Have the right attitude so you can go make a great day!
