Saturday's Verse of the Day Devotional

Good morning! If God could be figured out, He wouldn't be much a God. If He could be easily understood, He wouldn't be worth serving. If a finite mind could comprehend the infinite God of all creation, He wouldn't be God.

It is an arrogant thought to think you could ever fully comprehend or understand God. Just knowing He is three persons in one being alone is enough to cause your head to reel for eons!

Though we cannot fully understand God, we can know Him. Though we cannot grasp all of His ways, we can obey His commands. Though we cannot see Him, we can experience the evidence of His existence and choose to trust Him.

It is easier to trust God, who I cannot fully understand in His infinite wisdom, than man who is flawed and finite like me. Choose to trust Him today in all things with all things and let Him give you wisdom to make a great day!
