Saturday's Devotional - 5/30/2026

Good morning! Sometimes, in the midst of spiritual battle or attack, it feels like God has forgotten you. I have felt like that before. But my faith tells me the truth that God will never leave me or forsake me. He says that to all of us as a reassuring promise that we are not alone.

He will save, rescue and deliver you because He loves and cares for you. Sometimes, the battle happens to test our faith to see if we truly believe in the midst of struggle. It tests the relationship to see if you will still pursue Him because you love Him and not just for what He can do for you.

He is mighty and never even threatened with defeat. He is able! He rejoices over you with gladness. He will quiet your mind with His love. He rejoices over you with singing and songs He made just about His love for you. Think of that...the God of all creation sings over you a love song.

He delights in your existence. He loves you that much! One of the ways to defeat the enemy is to remember you are loved and believe it fully. It is hard to believe you are nothing when God says you're something. Let this verse encourage you so you can rejoice over the love of God for you as you make a great day!
