Saturday's Devotional - 10/31/2026

Good morning! I pray this prayer every day of my life and pray it over my family as well. I never want to compromise even for a moment. Compromise is how we end up in a backsliden condition without realizing it or knowing how we ended up there.

Compromise is never found in a favorable way in the Bible and neither is tolerance. It is always surrounded by a negative connotation. It erodes the fabric of our character and gives an open door to the enemy to work in our lives. It makes us susceptible to deception and attacks. Evil is never innocent even if it's wrapped up in clever marketing schemes.

Beware of compromise and the thinking of "what's the harm?" "It's just a little innocent fun." "See? Nothing happened." Sin never feels wrong until the consequences come. Prayer becomes work. Church becomes optional. Bible reading becomes tedious and compromise becomes the norm. Be on your guard and give no place for the enemy. Pray this prayer and let God fill you with His word, strength, and integrity as you make a great day!
