Saturday's Devotional - 10/10/2026

Good morning! The word "confidence" in this verse doesn't mean what we normally think of when we hear it. It means freedom in speaking, unreservedness in speech. Are you fearless about talking about Jesus?

In being a witness for Jesus, it involves us giving testimony to what and who we know. Sometimes, there's push back for witnessing for Jesus. We need confidence to be fearless about sharing Him with those who may not want to hear it.

It takes endurance to carry out the will of God. Opposition will come, but we need to stand firm to receive the reward of our faith. Eternal life is worth the temporary suffering of this life. Let the Holy Spirit help you to be bold in speech and firm in your stance for Jesus as you make a great day!
