Good morning! When you love someone and they offend you in some way, it may hurt and be upsetting, but your love for them overtakes the offense. Love covers a multitude of sins. How are you covering transgressions in love?
Are you forgiving? Are you praying? Are you restoring in the spirit of gentleness? Are you correcting in love? Are you walking beside them or throwing them under the bus and deserting them?
When you seek to do things God's way, it's not trying to hide it, but to bring restoration and reconciliation instead of judgment or condemnation. Treat the matter like God does. If they continue to do it, forgive but let there be separation. In doing so, you will not reward bad behavior, but show them the cost of habitual sin. Be wise with Godly wisdom.
