Good morning! On the surface, Job sounds arrogant. But, if you look at how he lived his life and what God said about him, it is actually confidence in his relationship with God. God said there was no one like him on the earth, that he was blameless and upright, a man who fears God and shuns evil.

That's quite the "attaboy" from God. Job knew what was in his heart. He knew how he served God, feared Him and loved Him. Oh, to be like Job! The world doesn't make it easy for us to be honest, blameless and upright. In ourselves, it's impossible. But with God, all things are possible.

If you yield to Jesus every day, let the Holy Spirit help you and use you every day, you will grow in confidence to know that what is in your heart is to fear God and shun evil. Let Jesus transform and mold you into His image more and more each day. Let go of the fleshly, earthly things and let heaven invade your heart, mind, soul and body. Then, you will have the confidence to live upright and make each day a great day!
