Good morning! Yesterday we talked about enduring tribulations to receive strength, character and hope to carry out the will of God. We also need to add to that confidence that He will keep us through whatever we go through in His name.
Arrogance invites folly, but confidence carries authority. If we walk in arrogance that we can do it ourselves, we walk according to the flesh. But when we walk in confidence knowing God can do all things, we walk in humility and that has great reward.
We receive His grace to endure hardships, live without perpetual sin, and have faith that His righteousness has made us holy. When we do His will, we receive the promise of eternal life. If we endure to the end, we will receive the crown of life. Let this motivate you to strive to serve Him in all you do. Let it give you confidence that He who began a good work in you will be faithful to complete it so each day you can make a great day!
