Good morning! Many times, people have more trouble than they need to simply because they don't hate evil. They love God, they just don't hate evil. Until you hate evil, you will struggle with sin.
Hating evil doesn't mean you hate people. It means you hate evil things that people do and the things that are in direct opposition to God. The world is flaunting evil and many people who say they love God are condoning the evil things some people are doing.
This should not be so. Celebrities who are claiming to love God but not changing their behavior should not be what we look to as the standard for Christian living. People are not the standard. Jesus is the standard and we should look to Him and the example He led for us to be how we compare our conduct and love for God.
When you truly love God, you will hate evil. God will preserve the souls of those who truly love Him and seek to live a life pleasing to Him. The wicked may come against you, but God fights for you and will deliver you from their evil plans. Trust the Lord, live a life pleasing to Him, let Jesus be the standard and know He will deliver you so you can make each day a great day!
