Good morning! Let this verse serve as a reminder of not only where our help comes from, but who it is that helps us. The Lord is our helper and is able to deliver us from anything.
It is also a reminder to remind ourselves of this truth when we face trouble. Learn to encourage yourself in the Lord. You do not always have a preacher around to lift you up so, learn to preach to yourself.
Lift your eyes, don't hang your head. Look up and see what is around you and know the Lord who made it all also made you. He will not leave you like an orphan, but will sustain you and deliver you out of the hand of evil men and trouble. Keep your eyes up and remember the Lord is your helper as you go make a great day!
