Friday's Devotional - 4/10/2026

Good morning! A tree planted by abundant water will thrive in all conditions. It's roots will be deep and its branches full of leaves and fruit. Trees further away will wither in drought and heat. But the tree by the water will sustain in all seasons and conditions.

We are to be like the tree planted by the water. We should have deep roots of faith founded in the word. Our source is in the living waters of Christ. Anything rooted in Him will thrive and not run dry. It will be strong and sustain all seasons and conditions.

Being rooted in Christ will cause you to be covered by His protection and bear fruit even out of season because He is the living waters. Droughts and famines may come, but He will sustain those who are rooted in Him, the true vine. Stay in the word, stay connected and be sustained by Him so that no matter what comes, you will thrive and make it a great day!
