Wednesday's Devotional - 10/14/2026

Good morning! It's one thing to know about Jesus and all things in the kingdom, but it's another to know Jesus personally and have citizenship in the kingdom. The devil knows the word of God probably better than most Christians, but he definitely is not in a personal relationship with Jesus.

Many people in universities have degrees in theology and teach in seminaries. But they produce a lot of atheists from their doctrines. Just because someone has a degree and a license to teach doesn't mean they understand the things of God. It takes the Spirit of God to understand the things of God.

Much of the Bible will make no sense to those who have not been born again. Without the Spirit of God, you will not have the mind of Christ to understand the word of God. Even as a believer and follower of Christ, I still rely on the Holy Spirit to teach me His ways, help me understand the word, and have the wisdom to preach the word in truth. Let the Holy Spirit teach you the things of God so you can know how to make each day a great day!
