Good morning! It's easy to become angry with people over something. Jesus had an amazing quality and that was to be able to forgive. He was quick to forgive and not hold grudges. He taught us to be an intercessor of forgiveness.
He didn't wait to be offended before He forgave. He kept forgiveness built up like credit so He could forgive immediately. How long do you wait? Maybe you still have something or someone to forgive.
Holding on to unforgiveness is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die. Be like Jesus and forgive just as He did for you. "To forgive is to set a prisoner free only to discover the prisoner was you." - Lewis B. Smedes
Don't live in a prison, but be free through forgiving as Jesus has forgiven you. Jesus said God's forgiveness towards us is based on our forgiveness towards others. (Matthew 6:14-15) Choose to forgive and you will receive forgiveness and be like Jesus. Let His love for you help you to do as He did as you make a great day!
