Monday's Verse of the Day Devotional

Good morning! Not only was the death of Jesus necessary to reconcile us to God, forgive us of our sin and redeem us from death, but His resurrection was necessary for us to have life.

If He raised from the dead, that means if we die before His return, we will raise from the dead when He calls us home. If we're alive and remain when He returns, it means we have the assurance that we will be transformed faster than a blink and be taken into heaven in an instant.

We will be saved by His life because we were reconciled to God through His death. So rather we live or die, we have eternal hope for salvation, redemption and adoption. Rather you like to shout in church or not, that is a good reason to at least say a hearty AMEN! Thank God for the great gift of His Son and let it bring you joy today as you make a great day!
