Good morning! A lot of people have a head knowledge of the Bible but have never let it make the short transit down to their heart. To truly know the word of God is to know God. This dynamic relationship is what transforms a life and molds it into something beyond human ability.
Children are the most precious gifts we have and it is imperative we teach them not just the words from the Bible, but how to have a relationship with the Author. If we truly want to make America great again, stop complaining about there being no prayer and Bible reading in schools and start putting it back in your homes.
Our children wouldn't be shooting each other, wondering what gender they are, what bathroom to use and chasing after antichrist ideologies if we taught them the word of God in our homes daily. We should be talking about it, reading it, sharing why it is so important to us and telling our kids what Jesus has done for us in our own lives.
It should be as important as food and water, which sustain us for a short time, because the word of God sustains us for a lifetime. If you don't teach your kids how to love God, the world will certainly teach them how to hate Him. Be diligent, be intentional and be consistent in the word of God. When your kids value the word, there's no greater reward than to see them in love with Jesus. Get in the word and make every day a great day!
